We are on the verge of expanding our product catalogue and are taking initiatives for manufacturing of wireline accessories for Core Drilling and Hydraulic Drifters. The KEENTOOL DTH button bit designs are well known and extensively used around the world. Whatever conditions you're dealing with, our drill bits make the job easier. They are fitted with KEENTOOL's proprietary cemented carbide buttons, which are designed to drill further. The dth core drill bit bodies are made from precision hardened nickel molybdenum steel, with a compound curve shape for faster and smoother cutting and easier removal of cuttings.

The bits in the new range have an optimized head length with maximized steel support for the cemented carbide buttons, deep face grooves for excellent flushing and an aggressive cutting structure.

We have world-class facilities in design and engineering which enable us to provide single window solution beginning from designing the product to manufacturing and product testing & validation. KEENTOOL is recently expanding its manufacturing capacity and looking for contract manufacturing of components and equipment as per customer’s requirements.

Our more than 10 years of manufacturing experience comes with a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Quanzhou, China with the latest equipment including VMC milling, HMC milling, CNC turning, Gun Drilling, Multi-Station Broaching, Multi-Spindle Milling, CNC Grinding, Laser Engraving with atmospheric controlled sealed quench Heat Treatment Furnace. KEENTOOL has enhanced its versatility of manufacturing facility in machining by installing a series of 5-axis VMCs (vertical machining centers) for critical machining with minimum setups complimented with CMM and deep hole drilling. This facility, combined with a stringent in-line quality control system, allows us to maintain the quality of our products from start to finish and enables us to provide products of the highest costs at attractive pricing.
